If you are expecting a 5 star hotel, this is probably not your cup of tea. On the other hand, if you are seeking a quaint, comfortable, clean accommodation that is centrally located and reasonably priced, you'll definitely enjoy it. The owner was absolutely awesome and the hospitality was outstanding! I would definitely recommend!

Da Queen Room
This quaint tropical room features a super comfortable memory foam queen bed and a twin daybed. It also has a TV with cable channels, strong Wifi signal and a desk. If booked with Da Garden Room, it will accommodate a group of 4 people with shared kitchen and bathroom. Off street parking. Maximum of 2 guests in this room.
Da Garden Room
This nice, airy room faces the tropical garden which features a rare yellow Lehua tree. A California King Bed can fit two tall adults or one spoiled guest. Includes a vanity table which also serves as a laptop table, as well as a nice big closet, a TV and a dresser. Off street parking. Maximim of 2 guests in this room.

おかみさん（って感じの方）が大変いいかたで、宿泊者全員をまとめてくださっていました。朝食の時も、全員そろってから楽しくおしゃべりをしながらいただきました。英語がそんなにできなくても皆さんやさしく話しかけてくださり、楽しかったです。あくる日キラウエアに行くのに、寒いからと毛布まで貸してくださいました。返しに行ったときハグしてお別れしました。 Ryozo, Japan, 12/14
Cynthia was a lovely host, very easy going and kind. The rooms were clean and comfortable. It was also great having a kitchen to make dinners. Her house was in the perfect location for getting to all the sights in the area. Would definitely stay here again!

The owner is very nice and makes you feel very welcome. There is quite a family atmosphere. The house is very cute and comfortable with large living area and well equipped kitchen. Shared bath was very neat and clean. The location is just at the edge of town, perfect for trips to Volcanoes NP. There's a strip mall and an indoor mall (just) in walking distance with lots of food choices and supermarket. I only met very friendly people here.
